In 6 months, I organically grew BAKTI Komdigi's social media following to over 20,000 and achieved a tenfold increase in engagement within a year by developing comprehensive communication strategies and high-impact press materials. My role extended to serving as a critical field liaison in remote areas, facilitating the rollout of BTS and digital infrastructure projects through direct community engagement. Beyond strategic messaging, I harmonized public communications across media partners and institutional stakeholders while managing essential HR and administrative functions to ensure departmental efficiency and consistency in support of Indonesia's national digital transformation initiatives.
